How can we heal, and love others without loving yourself?
My opinion is we cannot – simple as that!
You are a conduit of energy. The energy force you send out to the universe, come back to you.
Therefore we can use this theory to describe everything and anything known to us!
How we see ourselves, is how others see us, and we attract the same energy! It is a universal cycle!
When I see clients, love is the first emotion we work on – it’s an absolute must! Love is the universe, and the light within it.
When we love ourselves again, the cascade begins like dominos falling in perfect harmony and grace!
This is the truest form of healing, absolute healing! Absolute love!
