MEDITATION AND YOUR PATH FORWARD

Fanis Makrigiannis of Mind Spirit Body Hypnosis is a Certified Hypnotherapist with The American Board of Hypnotherapy.

Meditation and the true path to the real self!

Whether you call it a deep trance state, mediation, or visualization the results are powerful and effective.

Controlling your own mind to the point where the creation of objects, distorting time and space and seeing yourself in the future are all possible.

Most meditate to find that deep relaxation we all search for, others to ground themselves.

Some practice this fine form of art to help shape their future, to their trustiest self and even find answers to questions not asked.

So how is this done?

Well, start slow.

Find a quiet safe place where you won’t be disturbed. All you really need is 5 or 10 minutes at first.

At the very beginning (until you’ve reached an intermediate level of control) I recommend using guided meditation – simply search on YouTube! Find one that is suitable for your own personal goals. This is an excellent how to video: Learn Meditation.

Jason Marianoff has an excellent video to find answers from the higher self. I still listen to this at least once per week.

Once you’ve found your quiet place, simply sit in a very comfortable position – I recommend sitting upwards so you don’t fall asleep.

Finding your breath is massively important. I usually start with two deep breaths and exhaling slowly (everyone is different, you’ll find your own routine). When you feel your body and mind relaxed, you may begin your visualization. I instruct my clients to see themselves (new self) six months into the future, how they truly see themselves.

An example of this would be a smoker who wants to become a non-smoker. So, they visualize themselves as non-smokers, healthy, fit, drinking plenty of water, out in nature, feeling happy and confident.

I recommend you include as many senses as possible – the effects become profound! So see yourself, sense your happiness, smell nature! How amazing is that!

Once you see yourself in the new positive state, your mind begins to create the new you! I use these meditation techniques during my Hypnotherapy sessions – the results are powerful and profoundly effective!
